A few universities are preemptively canceling fall terms abroad so that students can plan accordingly for classes and housing. May sound extreme but they probably would rather take some heat now vs a lot more if they have cancel llast minute or have kids stuck abroad. One of mine is supposed to go to Europe but I think registering for fall classes may be a prudent idea. They can always change it later if things calm down.

We, the public, have no idea what is going on in China. Even their own people do not. The amount of censorship and propaganda that goes on in the Asia area we will never fully understand. You think we have problems with fake or no news, they have a steady diet of it. In China, "Hey Google what is the weather?" Crickets. Why? No Google.
