So is Surf buying out Bayside or Bayside buying Surf.
This rivalry is getting boring. Kiss and makeup.

The pay to play model has consistently been mentioned for the failures of the national team. Good for bayside expanding its player pool and growing the game.

3 - Did not realize surf coaches were volunteering and not getting paid.

4 - is the money going to scholarships or coaches pockets. You have contradicted your own self.
Very little diversity on the girls side. There are many needy girls in EP, Providence, Pawtucket and Providence. I don't see Baysidefc reaching out to help those kids .
In America soccer is the main sport for girls. Baysidefc has been around for over 20 years , Surf not even 1 year. Don't compare

At least at Surf the money is going towards development and not feeding coaches egos and pockets.
Scorpion coaches stay on the Mass page

An if this if this a Scorpions supporter go grab your owner Nick out of the bar in Florida. Apparently he didn’t t make it to a few of his game due to a rough night. What away to lead by example

A statement without knowing the facts, Bayside’s girls side is newer then the boys. Bayside ran as a all boys club for the first 15 years in est

And how many 07 ECNL girls do you know of from RI? If they all came back, would that be enough to make half a team?
It would easily make a whole team.

This was actually a good discussion until this idiot chimed in. Always a pro-Surf moron who enters the fray

The best players in RI are not doing ODP. So there is no uniting. We need an elite situation where we can grab the too players from each team to travel outside of RI.

Bayside has U12 RDL. U13 & U14 MLS Next. Those are the highest levels for boys. No other club in RI has this level. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with MLS Next at the older age groups in the next couple of years.

That won’t be happening. The reason these younger age groups are in all of New England is to limit travel for those age groups in the league, that stops at u15 as weaker players should we weeded out. Massachusetts clubs with stronger teams than Bayside will not even be getting in.

They’ve already been accepted to older age groups so this message aged well

Other clubs in RI have they’re own field except for GPS/Surf he’s very disorganized. Then again RI doesn’t have a lot of options with all respect to the coaches and clubs because I was once a player for some of RI’s clubs it’s the reality of it you only have a hand full of options and gotta do what’s best for you kid.
This is false. Name one club in RI that owns their own facility. Zero. There are clubs that have agreements with third parties to use their space, but there is not a club in RI that owns a complex.

As for prices, anybody who has ever dealt with finances of a club can tell you a large portion of tuition goes toward rental space. That goes with every club. Just saying...
