Traveling out then back to Washington would require quarantine. Can’t see how that would bode well with high school coaches once practices start (if they start next month). HS players need 10 practices in before playing.

Anyhow, doesn't matter what parents think. Clubs, representing their own interests, will be making the decisions.

HS will be able to practice but most regions are still a ways off from playing under the newest metrics. King County would have been close, but now that they are lumped in with Snohomish and Pierce it will be harder. Almost like it was designed that way, stunning.
If kids want to play games before Spring Break, they will need to go out of state.

How many times does it need to be said? Local outdoor soccer does not contribute to the spread. Forcing teams to play out of state likely does. The Washington restrictions are counter-productive. Everyone would be better off if they could just play in state.

Soccer isn’t even the worst. AAU basketball teams have been traveling out of state the entire time. Basketball in WA has no return to play currently on the horizon, but guarantee teams will continue to play out of state.
