Sham tryouts.
There are coaches within the club that want to see things change. Especially how the rosters are made. There should be player movement throughout the year. If a player isnt performing than an opportunity should be given to one that is.
Players leave because they feel they dont ever get a chance to move up.Comment

Still nobody has mentioned who some of these "younger" younger coaches are.
I currently have 2 kids at FSA. I am seeing some new faces there lately. It looks like they hired some new blood.
My kids have both enjoyed MH and JP very much. I dont know any of the others.Comment
