England can score and are solid on defense. Like the U.S. However, unlike England, the U.S. is known to give up a howler or two. That's how England scores. On the other hand, without penalties, the U.S. would have to score from the run of play. Morgan is not playing to spec. Lloyd won't get subbed on in time. Rapinoe has shot hers. No one else is on. That's how.
