I don't understand how a parent will accept that a
Coach talk to a Kid like that.
Plus all game screaming like a crazy maniac.

So I'm not sure it's the same, but heard about a big fight involving jfc in palm coast at PDA fields. Older teams not sure of exact age.

what age group? Sometimes a tough coach is good.

If you don't like it, just move to another club. Didn't you know this coach before you registered? Your fault for not doing your homework on the guy that would be coaching your kid for 9 months.

MR is a good coach! He is very brash and you parents can not handle that. Telling the girls the truth at a young age will make them better players. He has high expectations as should you and your player. Train hard and play even harder. If you train to be perfect, the game will come easier.

Read this to your kid, since you want to hand them everything, without them working for it.

Can we please not have another thread talk non stop about ECNL? It only accounts for 2 teams in the U-17 age group, and not even the two best teams in the U-17 age group.

And who really cares if any girls are playing both FPL and ECNL? Are you afraid of them? I say bring in whatever girls you want - it is supposed to be top tier competition, so we are happy to play the best you have.

We won NPL last year and everyone returned this year. Playing time is not what you want so you complain about coach.

A coach can be firm, professional, and coach to success without getting down in the dirt with his players. MR is a nice guy to hang out with, but he does not speak to the girls like a coach. He targets his best players in an effort to motivate them and because he gets easily frustrated. His less talented players get publicly dismissed. He competes with the girls and has a difficult time separating from them. Maturity.

When 10 kids leave a team, and the majority were starters, it needs to raise a red flag. This was a succesful team of talented and motivated girls, and it has been destroyed. TBU gave it a shot and it did not work out. It does not reflect on the club as a whole, it was a chemistry problem and that happens sometimes. Now make the correction or live with the results.

Agree. Thanks. many teams play in multiple leagues. They are the prep for showcases, tournaments, etc. where it really counts. many clubs mix up their players, pushing them up in age or playing npl, cdl, whatever. play whoever shows up. those are the players you need to beat. should be your only concern.

no one mentioned TBU. just the ecnl teams. go ahead and pick off a couple that will not be playing games with the NPL its ok by us. no one is fooling anyone. you act like the entire team is the starting 11. I think you are the one being ugly to your "non-starters" hey, we didn't just fall off the turnip truck... oc and wff have been mixing up their teams since they got ecnl. we just play you that's all, then you come on here and say... it was only a "few" encl players, not starters... really, no one cares as much as your own teams and the "non-starters". the teams in npl don't. they just play their schedule.

then read the posts that surround. they were stating the ecnl starters didn't or wouldn't be playing (they apparently don't need the extra game time, lol) which leaves the bench, which actually is more than a "few." to add to the npl team(s). really doesn't matter who is playing. just show up and play the best you can.
