I think another FCIAC boys program just changed hands.

Can we identify him by name and not initials?

        I don’t see why not.

First of, JJ was never the best man for the job. He has no qualifications (not even sure he has any coaching license) or coaching experience besides a couple of seasons as a freshman coach and coaching his own kids. Not to mention his character (or lack of it), in which the AD is aware of. He wasn't even among the top three choices for the position. He has put some good ideas together, but his ego, greed, lack of knowledge and shadiness always end up with him being kicked out of programs he gets involved: Trumbull a few years back, Omar, and most recently, Ole. Talk to anyone involved with any of these programs and ask their thoughts on JJ.

THS Girls Soccer program is better off without JJ.

RS was by far the best candidate. Now let’s see if he can keep the Trumbull girls from going to St. Joe’s

Whether you think JJ is shady or not is one thing, but the programs you say he was "kicked out of" are run by some of the most shady people in this business. Omar has gone through 3 different directors (now on his fourth) in the last two years and several different coaching companies before that, so lets not compare lesser of two evils

I have been there this winter and its been packed solid like Ive never seen before. I'm not a JJ advocate, but that place is busy this year. The parking is really difficult.

There was never ever a chance JJ got the Trumbull HS job. The AD would not hire a father of a player. Let alone a weak player. Now JJ will just stab the coach constantly in his back behind the scenes.

Haha... JJ, you can’t take credit for a small and poor planned parking lot! And yes, the place might be packed simply because it holds different sports running at the same time. You should change your program name to “Tri-harder”!

JJ should bring in drums of used motor oil and human waste, then set fire to it all and then reopen and call it Gooooooal II.

Not to mention there’s lax, softball, baseball, basketbal, and events like beer festivals and clothing sales. It is definitely not the soccer aspect and Tri Town which is poorly run and managed.

                              So who got the job?

                                ...and the winner is: RS.
I guess some of you were right about JJ.
Is he staying there as a JV coach?
