    2020 Florida Elite Invitational - AUGUST 15TH - 16TH 2020

With this tournament being AUGUST 15TH - 16TH 2020 and everything heating up I would think this will be pushed back just like season start?

They will take the money and then keep postponing the tournament.

Bad sign when the tournament is a month away and the accepted team link is not working...

Just don't see any July or August tournaments happening. There is no way you're going to get enough teams to compete against to justify the expense.

That won’t stop FESA. They will have an in club practice event and charge you $650 for the privilege. Maybe if you’re lucky you can play one of the Tallahassee teams.

What expense? Your only expense is ref fees.

The Ref assignor gets paid, the scheduler gets paid, probably some for the county on field work, concession has to buy food and drink. Are there trophies, T-shirts?
                All cost money

They will play against each other. They do it every year.

This is true. It’s always an in-house tournament

Maybe it will be a local tournament but not sure any teams will travel and stay in a hotel. Any club that is looking to send team into that environment needs to have head examined

I’m surprised AL has not determined that no TBU teams will go but I’m sure AL is looking for them to support ACDC in October

Plus don't forget the tournament registration fees that are $700 plus and travel for teams outside of area. Not many clubs are going to participate in July-August tournaments.

Seems like a desperate money grubbing ploy for an in-house scrimmage. Is FESA running out of cash? Have enough to pay Bubbs?
