It appears the people against it are in the minority since it is happening. As for your comment about some players leaving DA at the beginning of the HS season, please let us know which schools and what DA teams. I have asked a number of times and no one can confirm that has happened.

What's the joke is the parents, club coaches and clubs themselves that think the behavior is either ok or they're willing to over look it
It is the job of the high school to protect the integrity of its program and set fair and consistent standards for every player. Allowing one GDA player to start this week is opening the door to allow any future players to come late. ECNL or any club can start mandating club practices through mid December, and tell players to go join their high school teams in the middle of December because Club Soccer is more important.

At this point you should be turning your attention to something more constructive as you have lost this debate. The girls are returning without your blessing and your rantings are akin to tilting at windmills.

GDA in Florida is special to other states who can not do both. But Florida GDA is not more special because it is like ECNL with both doing high school. ECNL will align its training through mid December up until its Winter Sanford showcase that should be moved back to December to get its players recruited sooner. Soon GDA and ECNL in FL will be exactly alike in HS and schedule.

Too late, quite a few already returned. Looks like you lost this argument.

Then to stop the madness, FHSAA May adjust the high school soccer season in Florida to start earlier or later. Then there will be no issues of GDA players thinking they are special and can walk on late because it would be in conflict with their GDA schedule. Time to put the pressure on FHSAA to change to stop GDA clubs from ruining the principles of high school soccer.

Everyone knew the princesses were returning back when people heard they could skirt the intent of the GDA and HS guidelines, but that will not make it right. Most view those GDA players and HS coaches who allowed it to happen as unethical in their decisions.

Perhaps by your standards but not most everyone else's. You are part of the loud minority who opposed it primarily because it negatively impacts your player.

I will leave you to your continued attempt to change that which you can't. Have fun screaming at the wall.

                      U. S. Soccer looks down on any GDA player stepping onto a high school team this week.

For the GDA players and daddies it is a warped sense of reality and they are in the minority. The majority knows it is wrong, even other GDA players don't agree with it. It is Not every GDA princess who can prance onto a high school team this late in the season without pre collusion. The GDA player, coach and HS coach were on this early in the game, and many GDA players take offense that they can not prance onto high school teams for a month. They were expecting the GDA team to stick together and practice year round. Other GDA players in other states look at the Florida GDA players as abusing the systems because they can not play high school.

Such a little troll. You know nothing about other GDA players or parents. They would laugh at your incessant whining about such trivial matters.

Understand there is NOTHING you say, write or do that is changing this. Your insults are as weak as your argument. If you spent as much time instilling better work habits for practice and studies, you would find yourself throwing a temper tantrum on TS.

Should the FHSAA adapt its rules and timeline for games?

There is no madness. Only a few screaming parents who's bench warmers heading back to the pine.
