Please do before you reply.

( next ) Typical bait and switch , take a $1 but give you back $.50 cents ....
Paul Ryan asking for white parents to have more babies for the future gains of these tax laws,

( again) This Tax plan screws the coastal states, puts money back into high flying CEOs and puts a little change into the MidWest & Southern states DTs base.

( finally) Please don’t bring up JFK in comparison and say it’s all good because that was 40 + years ago and the situation was different but if that’s the case then let’s talk about Ronni Reagan, the great Messiah for Republicans and one of worst crooked lying President we’ve had with over 300 indictments and 34 convictions in his Administration along with cutting taxs which was a complete disaster which made his Vice President Bush who became President to raise Tax's...Reagan put the country to the heels of bankruptcy and handed it over to his Vice President ... do you remember 1st Bush saying “ read my lips, no new Tax’s” well we got ****ed. As much of not being a fan of Bill Clinton he did put us into a surplus after the failed Administration of 12 years being Republican.

So read my lips “ PLEASE PROVIDE INFO ON REAGANS TAXS CUT AND HOW HE PROSPERED THE COUNTRY “ Trump is another show all , all about putting his name out there. I’m too old for this Con to be run again. The Trumpsters posting here are too young to understand.
Your opinion regarding fat cats is irrelevant. That's their problem. The majority of Americans will see a Tax cut. Already you hear projections by Progressives about Medicare and Medicaid , Social Security being gutted. This is the same old, same old that we have heard for years.
Change was needed. For 8 years we were sold on the " new normal" of below 3 % GDP growth, declines in key industries, a war on fossil fuels and the influx of billions into the ever negative results " green " industry where Progressive cronies looted the Treasury. Money printed ( QE ) that gave the illusion of growth, but that bill and interest will need to be addressed.

The nonsense about the possibility of adding $ 1 trillion to the deficit over 10 years seems to bother Democrats, however it didn't appear to be a problem when Nancy sent Barack's budget through with a $ 2.5 trillion deficit for the fiscal year. Crickets.

If you don't like what happened to America since 1980 economically, discarding the last 8 years, then you truly don't understand the relevance of what Reagan did. Remember Jimmy carter and his Presidency? Do you remember the military was so gutted that some planes couldn't even get off the ground. Regan had to dig America out from the damage done by Carter and the Democrats. And we have continued to dig out from the damage caused by Democrats, and yes, some Repubs including Reagan regarding the collapse of 2018. But the root of the problem is the obsession by Progressives to pull people up from the bottom rungs of the socio-economic ladder through pressure on lenders and gimmicks.Obama continued that mindset by placing 7 million on Medicaid , many able bodied, and added 10 million to SNAP. Do you think that is any way to grow and economy ? At least with tax breaks, you actually might have to work to see some benefits and changes in your life. Remember that Nancy Pelosi said unemployment checks help the economy ?

I am young enough to still think positively regarding the future of America since it is presently not in the hands of Progressives. I am old enough to say that I have lived through many economic environments, in several different businesses and endeavors living here in CT for over 40 years. It isn't easy, and it never wil be. Each day calls for reactions and strategies to address the winds of change.
All you need to do is spend some time in foreign countries to realize how good American really have it. Our " poor" , and now the middle class the MSM keeps letting us think are under attack by this Bill. The facts of the matter are that the "poor" as described here in America, live better lives than the average middle class European family.

That's one of the reasons why America has the longest line to get in and the shortest line to get out.

Wow. Useful concrete advice on ts! How many years forward could you prepay?

The difference was that Reagan was far better spoken and the press used to actually report news instead of firing off constant editorials and unfounded criticisms. But history has been and will continue to be kind to Reagan. Will it be that way to Trump? Doubtful. But this tax plan will not be the reason why. The tax plan helps most every American. Sure, some more than others. But those that pay more in taxes should get a larger break. Those “non-partisan” tax foundation are about as unbiased as Bob Mueller. Talking about the middle class paying more taxes under the plan is misleading at best and a blatant lie at worst. The middle class will pay lower taxes until 2027. Umm, that could be two presidents from now. They’ll save money for the next ten years. Better than not saving money for ten.
I agree on the Reagan legacy in that he did know how to communicate. Trumps legacy is far from being written and could be catastrophic or the greatest ever. One thing for sure is that Trump will describe himself as the greatest in his own memoirs.
The Tax plan is a disaster for most, just an approach for Republicans to get closer in bankrupting Obama care, as much as you’d like to convince us all it’s a good thing that’s not the opinion of the country and an overwhelmingly unpopular plan. There tends to be a separation of how Americans now look at polls. Republicans seem to compare each poll to the poll of Trumps Election which is in a zone all by its self.
Candidate Trumps rhetoric with its racial undertones had many of his base laying low on their preference of him, most were seen as Racist so they kept quiet on their vocal support which in turn gave false readings at the polls. Every time a poll is brought up to Republicans regarding Obama care, Tax plan they seem to ignore the voice of the American people and compare it to the false readings with Trumps win.
I’m afraid Republicans are becoming just like Democrats were when the T party flourished allowing the Cruz, Paul and many others in congress.
I see 2018 being a very bad year for Republicans. The previous Elections (Alabama, Virginia and New Jersey) were devastating.
The Alabama loss was not only about Moore’s shenanigans , there’s a sense Republicans have lost their way with American values, Moore received older whites while Jones not only got Blacks out to vote but the New Millennials who in 2016 were not so inspired so if anything Clinton’s loss was the awakening Elephant.
