Property values in Miami prevent any realistic possibility of acquisitions. You would have to look in some messed up neighborhoods to do that or convert some swampland out west.

we have a surplus of softball/baseball fields because of the first and second wave of cuban immigrants. as the total number of central and south americans increases the pressure to convert those fields to soccer pitches will increase as well.

There are a number of baseball/softball fields in at and near Shenandoah Park. Why stop there though, what about the grass parking area in front of Marlins Stadium.

The orange clay parks are all over miami. They are softball fields which are never used accept after dark for smoking crack.

It’s sad how the city should do a quick study, realize softball is 1980s and proceed with the conversation... however with the corruption in local politics and the South American attitude of what’s in it for me, this will never happen
