What is going to fill a 5,000 stadium in that part of the state?

That's using your assets in multiple ways. A smart and simple solution. Building a facility there? It won't go well. It also won't create 400 full time jobs.

Yes because some banks are really poorly run and will lend to anyone with a pulse.

Read carefully, it says they are negotiating financial terms with the state dept of economic development and state DOT. Anyone who has dealt with the state can tell you it’s is dead in the water before it even starts

local high schools are renting the yard goats stadium as frequently as it is available it seems within their seasons, perhaps the same will be true here for multiple sports and many high schools.

why is the whole thing different? yard goats stadium is a nice field and for rent. presumably, this new complex would be a nice facility and for rent. the question was who would use the stadium .... i just provided several dozen local, possible renters for dozens of individual games.

Those places lose money every day! Thereis no chance they will make money in Windsor locks How much money does a high school pay to play a game in these buildings??
