Yes it is. UPDX, or specific people there, is jealous of the historical success of other clubs, hence the appalling behavior we've seen in the year-and-a-half the club has existed. From taking advantage of FC Portland's lack of A-license coaches (needed for DA) to get their nose into the tent and loot most of their 06 class, to the ODP shenanigans that got their DOC removed as ODP age group coach, to the referee abuse scandal, to people coming on here and actually boasting about winning Division 1 titles in fall league, the club has been a train wreck.
