Where do the Hand and Guilford boys go off to play college ?

Guilford has had a lot of 2 and 3 sport varsity players that aren't playing soccer in college. Have always had a lot of the boys also play basketball, baseball and lacrosse.

Hand would probably have more boys playing college soccer year in and year out

Hand has had a solid program for a long time. New coach is probably best coach they ever had, but the two that were there for 25-30 years (SL & BF) were very good too. It's a good program with lots of kids that play outside town and come together. If the big dope called the AD would stay out of the way they might actually keep the current coach

The AD does not care about soccer. He is focused on football. Only thing he cares less than soccer is entire girls program. Could not give two licks about the girls.

The Wilton v Hand Final was everything that is good about HS soccer. Best game I have seen all year. Two quality sides playing attractive soccer. Intense game that finished 1-1. Then in OT 5 more goals finishing 4-3 to Hand. Congratulations to both teams. Great atmosphere and great fans. This is why we play HS soccer. Awesome!!!!

Couldn’t agree more! Both teams played more of a possession styled game, which is always more entertaining to watch than the more direct kick and run game other teams play. Both teams played their hearts out. Congratulations to Hand on their 4th consecutive state championship! What an accomplishment!

Crazy question: why weren't they moved up to L last year? Aren't you moved up automatically after the years?
