we see quite a bit of Conn College as we live close by. Not a lot of creativity. Very direct and a ton of kids on the roster, but a GREAT place to watch a game. Also win or lose we like driving to UConn for games

The reason there are a ton of kids is because Conn College over recruits! Brings in way too many kids and then a bunch rot on the bench and get buried in the program for 1-2 years and then quit. Several girls from our club went there with assurances of being integral players. Will never recommend that school for any of our girls again!

That is ridiculous. I would be so pissed to be in that program and that recruiting class. Awful.

They graduated ten seniors. Plus it's a new coach and they're always going to bring in new players. That's a risk that's taken with recruiting - things change and your spot will be at risk. Not saying it doesn't suck, but it's also just reality.

D3 often have big rosters. Adding players doesn't really cost the coach anything. Players should always look at historic rosters to gauge that issue. Never take a coach's word for it - they're part snake oil salesmen. Look at his actions, where the starters came from.

So keeping a roster of 38?
