Back in the late 1980s early 1990s, the NFL was boring as well, with all the running plays almost no passing just boring but “effective”football. They realized they had a problem, they changed the rules to make a more exciting passing league, and look at the NFL ratings . Eliminating the political nonsense from this year, it’s the number one sport in America. So that proves that leagues can change and make it less boring

Ratings are up. However pure fans of football are against a lot of these changes. It diminishes the actual skill set and requires less talent to play the game. Much like long ball soccer.

Curious...is it boring soccer when you build out of the back into the midfield and then hit a through ball to the forward who either finishes or lays it off for a finish?

It seems to me that with the high line so many defenses take...this is EFFECTIVE soccer

Watched the women's SEC tournament game last night between Florida and Texas A&M. A&M won and they were building from the back and connecting passes, etc. Florida was trying to play a lot more direct and long ball. Two very different styles.

So what team plays the regional premier league ? The 3rd team? How is the quality on the girls side? Is Talent on the girls side that strong to field a DA team then an ECNL team and then a regional team? Or once u drop past ecnl it’s just really weak?

A lot of travel too... if u can and have a da or ecnl nearby no need for any of these additional travel out of state leagues...
