1 team will be fine, others not so much.

It's not the club playing, it's specific teams. Please list where THUSC has performed well against ECNL teams.

Fine? Let's just say they will be more competitive than the other ages groups. Fine is stretching it.

Mercury and iridium are not currently competitive against ECNL teams, unless you're counting FC Nova.

Try again. Iridium has a win and a tie vs WP ECNL and their last game vs Crossfire ECNL was a 0-1 loss in the last 5mins on a free kick. And to clarify, yes it was the starting Ecnl line-up for Crossfire and WP, National players and all, not the reserves. Iridium also had a win and a loss vs Colorado Ecnl teams. They will be able to compete.

Is this true? I thought most were on board? Where are they going?

THUSC will still have their teams. They will continue to play there.

Sorry to burst your bubble but NWCL. Is where they get the backups playing time. If they are so competitive then why the poor showings in NWCL and in LV and OPL. A third place finish in OPL is almost laughable. You forgot to mention you also tied FC Edmonds and CO Blue, two terrible teams. This team will struggle and they have to adjust to a new coach.

They beat Mountain View. One of the worst ECNL teams there is. And that was 1-0. They lost to Irvine, 4-0, and they are not even one of the top teams in their league. I think that's what next year will be for them. 1-0 wins vs bottom tier teams and 4-0 or worse losses to mid tier teams. Against top teams, well good luck.

So what's it gonna be ladies?

Is the team going to stay together and an independent team or has the Academy promised to take all of you?

Saw a couple at ECNL tryouts testing the water.

Was that the last hurrah for the Tualatin/Sherwood girls?

T'will be interesting to see who lands where in the coming weeks!
Let's be honest about this WST group the only reason why all of these girls are as good as they are is because of Dan Dageer. He spent a lot of time with that group to develop the players. He took them from a rec team to a competitive team. That is the only good group of talent coming thru the pipe lines at WST. Otherwise there is no real development going on, there staff is very concerned about the boys as they should be!
