The idea is a new league will be the best of the best of ECNL. It will take the top 20 teams into an upper division league that will be play truly elite teams against each other. No more pansies.

There will be relegation and promotion from the minor leagues (ECNL will be the B league SECNL will be the premier league).

The cost will be higher, with international travel, but it will be a true "super elite" league, not just in name.

It does. Too bad it won't exist here in Oregon. When Oregon gets accepted, it will be seven years after the league has formed, just like ECNL. And by then the great teams will be on to the next great league. Sounds familiar.
