None of the bigger clubs want to see change. It's about $$.

      I’ll make the list easy:

Every club who’s 2 year cycle dictates new uniforms this year.

parents should fight this. we pay all the fees, lose a season, lose tournaments, get pennies back and the clubs charge us for uniforms? yes it is the norm, but now with all we lost due to covid the clubs should do the right thing. first club do to this will make a real positive statement.

Good. I'm not a fan of the light blue/stripes anyway.

Here’s an idea... if the club your kid plays for has wronged you so badly, then don’t go back. Pretty simple.

You all going to cheap out and not buy your kids new cleats when they’ve outgrown them? Seriously, go back to town soccer if uniforms are putting you over the edge. The few hundred dollars for new kit is peanuts compared to the total cost of club soccer, including new cleats every year, sometimes multiple times a year if they grow that fast or wear them out.

This thread is sad. It’s the same people who buy expensive cars but complain about the price when they need to make repairs. Find something else to complain about Karen. Every 2 years you buy new uniforms. That’s how works.

Easily solved - don't force new ones (keep the old uniforms) but just make it optional for kids who need new ones. Do new next year.

clubs pay for kits this year as a big THANK YOU for supporting us!

Most major uniform suppliers are on a 2 year cycle. Even if a club wanted to keep the same (Nike, Adidas, etc.) kit they can't. The manufacturer doesn't make it any more. New styles are already in production. There is a lot to complain about how clubs have handled much this Spring, but needing to buy new kits is not really in their control.

But what is in your control club owner, is giving each player a $200 voucher to go towards the club kit.
