    The reference was to the 2011 letter. And as you admitted in the 2020 split the year of the closure/deficits, PSU got lion's share. What were amounts given in 2019, 2018, 3017?

    Btw PSU got a HUGE chunck of federal money recently given out. One of the top 10 amounts rec'd.
