I bet they are all happy though. Every family balances many factors, and each girl has individual preferences. I’m sure many on that list were talking with multiple colleges and had a range of options. Certainly those who chose Ivy are not getting scholarships, but doubtful that was their only option

Almost none. Think of scholarships like a bell curve - a few get 75%+, most are in the middle of 35-75% and the tail end <35% to zero (yes, some get zero, just admission to a school they really want in exchange for sitting on the bench and paying full boat).

Outside of state schools there is some very good schools on this girls list.
