Once again, at a real club, this would not fall on the coaches, it would fall on the DOC. The DOC is in charge of coaching staff and game coverage. If the DOC was quality, this would have been organized before the team even began the season, along with practice and game coverage. The coach should have never been selected to work with a younger team that plays in the fall since he is coaching a high school team. No Dad should be coaching his own kid. The DOC selects the coaching staff. FC Bucks are having these issues because the club isn't run in a proper way. FC Bucks is being run no differently than how Philly Soccer Club or Falls Twp. run their clubs with parent volunteers. DM has no idea what he is doing. Club wide, the players are unhappy, the coaches are unhappy and the parents paying for everything, are certainly unhappy. This really isn’t that complex; it is a simple fix.

DM just needs to show some leadership and manage this situation. This is all about not running the club the right way. Work with the families and coaches of the 06 team and make things work. It's really just that simple.

Well Kent not Stu if you’re man enough to stop hiding behind the anonymous button. Literally every parent knows it’s you we all laugh at you because of your antics on here. Do us all a favor and just own it I realize now you may be too deep pretending to not be “you” but at this point please just stop the madness

Yep boasting how they got rid of a kid/parent - pretty much tells you all you need to know. This team is run by BB and his buddies! And it’s all on here for anyone to read. Looks like they are now targeting another parent/kid. Sad stuff.

Don't even know why there was a "tryout" tonight, combined the ECNL and ECNL-RL teams have 35 girls, to bring 2 additional girls definitely through BRD #2 is absolutely ridiculous we have used guest players from the ECNL-RL team and they have done ok for us, what is the point? The RL team has been forced to carry 20 girls knowing that some would get pulled if we needed additional players so why do we need to bring on more girls, can't we just make the "guest" players part of our team?

Two strikes against ecnl-r players - (1) they don’t make the carpool easier for the original BRD group and (2) some of them go to CR south which is a no-no for BB as his kid will be the only ecnl player at this age group going to CR south.

Agree with previous poster that basically said for the ECNL team to do whatever they want, but please stop affecting the ECRL team roster. Give us 16 or 17 next year and we will live with what we have and you do the same (no more disturbing our roster for practices, games, or tournaments).

They can always decline the offer to play with the ecnl team.

even in Canada they don’t do dad coaches on top teams.
