I see a lot of complaints about the lack of opportunities (especially for the boys) due to a number of foreign players on the college teams. Even the local professional indoor team the FL Tropics is all foreign.
My question is whether there should be restrictions on the amount of foreigners allowed to play college and/or pro here in the states? Would this help or hurt the development of soccer in the US? On one hand if there were more opportunities available then more kids would stick with the sport. On the other perhaps we could learn something from these foreign players.
