That's hilarious. The TA clubs could all combine and on the girls side they still wouldn't beat the majority of the FC, OSSA, and THUSC teams.
Name 3 age groups. But you said majority so should we hear 5? By all means we would love to hear what alliance merged team wouldn't beat the other clubs teams.
Timbers alliance combine teams at U-15+ and younger ones combine for good tournaments and state cup means 90% of all non TA teams will be playing for 2nd if not 3rd place. With some ages that a single TA club is better than the others it will be even worse.
My kid isn't part of a TA club but its pretty simple to see the writing on the wall. If THUSC, FC combined it would be a different story. OSSA is stuck signing their club away so they are sunk both ways.

I don't think the TA clubs are as strong as you seem to think. And merging teams doesn't always work out that well - just ask *** about that...

Lets start at the top:
1) U17 - no way TA would consistently beat THUSC Sodium or OR Crossfire
2) U16 - no way TA beats (consistently) FC or OR Crossfire
3) U15 - I will give you this age
4) U14 - Onyx
5) U13 - VT is strong, but so is FC

Every single one of the boys ages for combined TA would be on top, easy, no question.

What about u12, u11, u10. You may say who cares about younger ages but it shows the future. I would say at these ages the boys TA slaughter the others, and girls TA stronger when combined.

You could say that if you want, but you would be wrong.
Only in the U10 and below kick-and-chase will TA win, where size and speed win every game over skills and strategy.

U11 and u12 games are still often won by that measure also.

You're either a troll or delusional. BU12...who needs a merger to beat non-TA teams. GU12...FCp lost this last State Cup and shouldn't have made it to the final. Seriously??? U11??? Why are you even pontificating on this age, let alone talking about it??? Way too early.
The prior post was one year off because they have Onyx listed as U14.
You are probably stating that ET's 00 team is dominating.
ET does have a team that has so far posted good results.
FCSC is still the team to beat in this age group. THUSC and FC have play ups who will play their age group in the fall. My bet is ET will finish 3rd or 4th in the Fall.
ET has some strong athletic girls who can boot the ball. The soccer skills on soccer intelligence are weaker then the other 3 teams.

Not sure how you can come up with this. You take the top 2-4 girls from Eugene, Vancouver, WT, ET, and Bend and form a team and they would regularly beat those teams. I happen to tremendously respect the teams you mention , but the only reason the TA teams would beat them all the time is because the TA teams won't have the practice time together.
You people seem to forget that all the TA teams are autonomous. They will never combine their teams for anything beyond friendlies. They will probably just guest more between the clubs.
No TA teams are combining except to fill out the friendship cup because no one else will play in it.
This is what we are looking at under the divide and screw up, and divide again program GW has us all following. Throughout history it has always been easier to destroy a thing than to build a thing. Only great men build something.
