As an independent I find the influence of the Federalist Society in this process deeply disturbing. Same with all the PAC ads supporting him and telling people to call their senators. Needless to say the ads don't fully represent his record and we know Americans are lazy when it comes to doing their own research. Its bad enough we have corporate and special interest groups lobbying Congress. There shouldbe none of that for SCOUTS.

And MSM (like NBC) does such a great job of reporting facts and what's important for Americans to understand the status of politics?
