What is up wit the age groups?
U-10 - Born in 2005 (7-a-side)
U-12 - Born in 2003 (7-a-side)
So you must be born in 2005 to play as U-10 ? What if you were born Late 2004?

OMG!!!!!!!! What a way waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets start with the ref's, first of all they were short ref's because they only wanted to give them a hotel room or pay them a flat rate of 50 dollars a day, so I saw one game that got played half way through while being officiated by someone who was not a ref and as soon as a bad call was made the game was stopped and started over because of the teams complaining about the ref not being official. Now lets move on, the price to play did not include the price each parent had to pay just to see your kid play, and then you had to pay extra to attend the opening ceremony, which was a JOKE!!!!!!!!!! they called each of the 5 foreign teams one by one and then lumped all of the US teams together and had them walk out, and then on top of that the announcer said about 3 words and declared the start of the tournament and then said good night, it was very disappointing, my players looked at me like what is going on we stayed for this. Lets move on to the venue, IMG you think they would have it more together then they did, the place was a mess, construction everywhere, the fields where not up to par, 20 dollars to park , 45 dollars to get in the gate, and 5 dollars for a soda, Disney this weekend would of been 10 times a better choice. It was advertised as a tournament of teams from all over the world, but NOT!!!! 3/4 of the teams in our group are from this area, what a JOKE!!!!

Yes until your local team makes a name for itself like Ajax Man City AM then you should be 2nd fiddle all brunch up. What IBERCUP did was a marketing strategy promote the big names to get other big names to wanna come. Until your club can beat those big names it will always happen. IBERCUP is expensive to weed out those types of club that shouldn't be there but some clubs find a way to gather the large fees it takes to get in even thou your coach knows our team can't compete.

The poll is still out on this tournament 1st day and only 1 person complain so far. Not everyone going to be happy let the tournament play out and see what happens.

Tournament has been excellent so far. Our team loved seeing the International teams. The kids kept saying... there's Man City, that's Benfica, look there's AJAX. Clearly the person complaining team should be playing in the event

How many different events do you guys have to run? Seems like you're trying to get in the tournament business. Problem is, all you hear is complaints after each event...parking, fees, expensive everything, bad referees, less than advertised competition, etc...
