No excuses but from my view the ball hit her shoulder. The went straight up, had it hit the arm it would have gone to her left side.

Your view was in the stands Chief. I’m sure the officials had a better angle on it than you. Maybe they’re not Physics professors though as you clearly are with your angles of trajectory theories.

After all the bluster by fciac fandom on this forum, I did a little research on how much fciac has dominated the girls state LL championship. Here is the conference the champs came from for the last 10 years (don't know what conference Newtown or Shelton are in):

OP here. I did not stop at 2009, that is where I started. Figured 10 years was a good yardstick. Current seniors would have only been about 8 years old then, so ancient history for them.

Not this year; the most relevant one.is it really a great measure though. FC is loaded with $$ and LL schools .... So many of the rest if LL are more urban schools that are not soccer towns.
