Some of the talent from within their club will be there, I'm sure. ECNL/NPL are the highest leagues to compete in, so I'd expect anyone from any club period to at least have a look. But it's not the end of the world if it doesn't pan, especially for any girl's team over at FH-Charger. They finally have created some depth-especially this last year.

There were about 8 there but I think 2 were from LWR. But agree with previous poster tho about talent level. FH club is hurting kids and its a shame

Sure, that's what will happen. Both ECNL and NPL teams will again be oversized rosters, none of the girls want to play on the WFF CDL or USA teams, so WFF will offer those that should be cut a spot and continue to have oversized rosters. Fool.

This team is not making any mass exit toward Brandon, fairly sure about that. Why would they break up a good thing and take a backseat at Brandon? Why would any Charger player for that matter? Look, you guys already have your ECNL team picked, regardless of tryouts. And as far as NPL...who really knows what the field will look like. For sure though, you guys need to add outside talent to both.
Take a back seat? Talent level determines seating. The ECNL teams are far from picked but you are wearing some rose colored glasses. You dont play in State Cup because you would not be competitive and essentially that means you are 40th or worse as a team in the state. You didnt win region cup except for U15 which means at every other age at least 12 more teams are ahead of you. That puts you at best 52nd in the state. Think about that..there are 52 teams in every age group better then you. Your players cant even make their High School teams for cripes sake. Further, you dont have a single player represented on an ODP state team. Please tell me how that is possible? You have a larger rec program with more players then WFF and NO players on ODP State teams and no players on their High school teams? Its poor development and you will learn the hard way because yall have your heads in the sand

You are 100% wrong. You are doing your best to A) save your daughter's roster spot or B) Keep players from leaving your club. Either way, it is a flat out lie. Keep trying buddy

If the OP is "wrong" back it up with facts. How many FH teams competed in State Cup and how many remain? If the OP is "100% wrong" does that mean that all the FH teams are in State Cup and still competing?

We are more than willing to look at outside talent on bothe sides...problem is you offer nothing that can scratch the lineups? Whatis "breaking up a good thing", Playing togeather in USA league? If you are a soccer player worth anything than you should strive for the bestcompetition right, so we know your not taking any ECNL spots agreed? Your teams have nothing close to NPL level. take baby steps and be seen and train with the ECNL team while facing real competition in NPL.

Bring the boys over and see what they have to offer, lets see if they can walk the walk. We welcome all comers as we want the best out there. But if you dont show...Shut the hell up !

No STUPID , they could be offered NPL slots and thats something your club cant touch. I realize your tiny FH Fishbowl only consists of CDL/USA but if your kids still there at U13/U14 your better off with music lessons

Come on fool, the NPL rosters are oversized too. The CDL and USA teams at WFF are low level teams, c, d and e teams. So choices are be a starter for the ECNL team or travel several hours a week to play on the NPL team (equivalent) to any Local State Cup team. So if you are not a starter on the ECNL team at WFF, better to stay on the 'A' team where you are or if currently on WFF CDL or USA team move to another club. That is the truth.

This is where FH parents dont get it. Its not better to settle for USA league or even CDL league if your kid is capable of playing at a higher level. If you have to drive to play NPL and you dont want to then play CDL and consider a switch at U13-U14 to an NPL team. FH offers none of that. If your player is NPL or CDL quality or higher He/she should be where He/she is challenged. NPL = IMG, WFF, TBU, CLWR. If your kid is not at NPL level get her to CDL level. If your kid is still picking flowers every so often or watching airplanes during the games then stay at FH. I say the same thing for the Dynamo. There is definitely a place for players that love soccer at FH but dont have any expectations of playing in college because it wont happen if you play your soccer there past U10.

So where do the CDL and USA teams at WFF land? Seems these teams are much less skilled than the same at other clubs. Getting into a good college and playing soccer may take more leg work on the part of the player at some of the smaller clubs, but it does happen. Not all top players want to travel, not all top players want to swim, I mean play soccer at lake handled, this is what WFF parents don't get. WFF will never draw the best of the best.

Again funny. If the CDL teams at WFF are not great then obviously there is room for good players. WFF already draws the best of the best. They have 9 players that made Regional teams on the girls side and 3 on the boys side. The 9 girls on regional teams is more then any other club in the entire SE USA. They had 9 girls and 4 boys selected for PDP. again on the girls side more then any other club in the SE USA other then Concorde. WFF parents and players are all great swimmers so no problem there. No offense but it's not just a little extra work to go to college it just won't happen because FH players won't be good enough. You cannot replace the years of bad development by making extra phone calls to college coaches.
