The LL best record team - Xavier - will be get pummeled in State's. While the SCC championship was only a 1-0 score -win to Fairfield - score belied the obvious by the 2nd half (a) XHS starters have no endurance - gassed before the end of the first half (b) worse - the coach of XHS doesn't now how to substitute at all to combat (a)- but perhaps he has no bench depth - so who knows (c) the midfield has no ability to slow an attack down or possess and (d) defensive line of XHS can only combat kick and run teams, can't defend against possession teams.

Have to disagree on the Xavier - Fairfield SCC match. Xavier dominated the first half. Fairfield did better in the second half and a fluke PK at 6 seconds left was the only distinguishing event. Agree though on substitutions, Fairfield worked fresh legs/players in regularly, and Xavier did not. Can't fault the players for that though.

Glastonbury all the way. Xavier and Prep are just products of a weak conference. The Gbury treasure trove of ex-OW and off-season FSA and CFC players will carry the day. Rinse, repeat.

One win max. Not battle tested at all.

You can put down those schools but they dealt with way stronger schedules than Southington did.
