Condos doesn’t mean housing. What is so hard to understand about that. Have you people never hear about Commerical Condos. This is what they are referring to and it has always been part of the construction plans. It’s ok I understand you guys hate Barca so much you read through the court documents without a clue as to what is really pertaining to and started doing your happy dance. This is all pretty simple, the plans are being bid by local contractors currently for site work on a residential condo complex. A well regarded local architect is leading the project. There is no indoor facility,retail,or office space spelled out on the plans- FACT. It is a residential condo complex only. If Barca continues in this market, it will have nothing to do with fields in Kings Park at this location. Orso is a high level developer, how he got involved w soccer fields I'll never figure out.

If you zoom into the description you will find they describe construction of playing fields, swimming pool, indoor/outdoor sports fields, retail, restaurant, medical facility, ect. for approximately value: $33,000,000
