        Her book is a feel good read about how to cater to girls, not really coach them.

          When players want to play for you as a coach then the actually coaching part becomes that much easier. You don't have to cater to them to create a desire to play for you - and that applies to boys and girls.

            yes i get that. But I have watched Alison for a long time. She's great with her teams and does a heck of a job coaching them up

              I find it hard to believe that someone who says "coaching them up" knows anything about anything.
