Same person put a post about CU being light years ahead of FCP.
Actually the results are pretty clear. CU is losing his big time.

Both are losing and need to combine into only one ecnl team. Seattle United/Crossfire combine ecnl team had about 300 players try out! It's difficult enough to compete against teams like that.

Thorns what? They still exist? Who knew? Thought losing FWRL and OYSA was enough of a blow to the big egos over there that they were shutting 'er down before it got any worse...

So how did CU do in NWCL? There isn't a team above 4th place in any of the age groups. LOL. What a sorry club. 5 teams and they all suck. It's getting laughable.

Another weekend and the gap is widening. Not the thing you want to see if you are CU and tryouts are coming.

but it's almost like some people foresaw weak results, because we didn't have enough talent to field two teams. if only someone actually said something about it!

FC actually told the ECNL that, and lobbied for Eastside FC or Seattle United from Seattle, but the ECNL wanted a local travel partner.

that's unfortunate. now we are stuck with what we have.

You need to get your facts right.

Eastside FC is not interested in ECNL and Seattle United is partners with Crossfire.

It would be nice if Southern Oregon had a strong enough pool of players to support ECNL. But they're in an even worse position than CU.

Hard to imagine things being that bad.

Ha! Such fond memories. The hundreds of us who predicted this hate to be right so soon.

Their not going anywhere. Sounds like if you dd wan't playing time CU might be the route to go.

Actually at the incoming U14 level both clubs will have very good numbers and talent at tryouts.
