the 2015 TDS Combines schedule was announced. There are a couple on the west coast, the closest is up in Seattle. These are worth looking into for any HS players that are looking to play at the next level. ECNL teams see more college recruiters than that in one regular season showcase.

What the eff does that have to do with anything? Get back to us when those ECNL players get offers, especially due to anything having to do with ECNL. So far, that ECNL "value" hasn't shown itself.

Have you looked who (college coaches) attended this last year? Only U of O is listed for 2015 so far. FC's winter showcase was loaded with coaches compared this.

Again, what does that have to do with anything? Why is everything some contest with you that it has to be compared to the great and wonderful ECNL? This combine actually just might have some colleges that players are interested in playing for. If a kid wants Washington or Stanford or BYU, then this won't be a good event for them. If they want smaller schools that are closer to home, this seems to fit the bill. And this isn't some replacement for the FC Showcase. Perhaps some people who choose to do this also choose to do the FC Showcase TOO!

Certain Ecnl teams see more. Most ecnl teams will be overlooked especially ones who are second rate like Idaho, fcp and Ossa, and utah....oh wait that is the ecnl conference....go figure.

WCC coaches probably aren't there, but D2 and D3 and NAIA coaches are there, and a majority of our players fit at those schools. That's the funny thing, 2/3 of our ECNL players are at best D2 players. Heck, probably 7/8 are at best D2. For them, ECNL is a complete waste of money. Yet their parents have delusions of grandeur. Sorry, but ECNL isn't going to turn your D2 player into a Pac 12 player. I know of a girl who did the Seattle ECNL thingy, and is currently doing ECNL, and she is committed to NAIA. ECNL sure paid off there, didn't it?

The majority of our clubs girls got D1 offers before we had ECNL. So I don't know what club your dd's in, but you might want to move her to another one.

Maybe she wants to go NAIA, lots of girls in ECNL don't necessarily want to go D1.

If it was a full ride and she is happy with the school she is going to then yes it paid off.
This soccer thing isn't about the destination. It's about enjoying the ride. My kid does ecnl cause she wants to play with the best players around against other cities best. If she goes NAIA some day to a school she wants to go to and plays the sport she loves to play I will be happy for her.

I looked at that list and there were 6 listed (last year). There was only one listed this year.
