NorCal has it's own Player Develop Program which feeds into iD2. They also have 6 ECNL clubs. Very few ECNL players do ODP in NorCal, partly because ODP is controlled by CalNorth (US Youth Soccer) but all the big clubs, including the ECNL clubs, are part of NorCal (US Club Soccer).

Thank you for the info. Makes sense. I was happy to beat them but could easily tell their ODP team didn't even nearly represent the best of NorCal...
