Clarification: we are counting out of state kids who go to prep schools here as Massachusetts players? seems odd to include this situation - nothing against the player here - and Wake Forest is darn impressive....but is this a Massachusetts player?

He is listed on the Berkshire School website as being from Darwen, Lancashire. I assume that is UK.

I am sorry for those who I offend...but I have to ask the question...I am weak...

If Amadu was a man of different color and grew as a US citizen...would he still be going to Harvard?

Kenawy has also been selected to the national futsal team which will be traveling. While some might minimize Futsal, this is a great accomplishment. Congrats to him and to all those above.

                              No.

But most athletes at Harvard are admitted despite having credentials that are below the average (I.e. 2000 SAT vs. 2300 SAT or 30 ACT vs 35 ACT). Don't know his academic creds--for all you know it could match the Harvard average--but Throw in minority status and superb soccer skills and you've got a lock. What's wrong with that?? Still smart enough to get through and graduate, like nearly every other athlete that matriculates there.
