Looking at the older ages 13's and 14's GPS Fared well at Stars Cup.

Not really sure how you get there...they have the best U16 team in the state. They have the best U15 team with NEFC a close second. They have two of the best U14 and U13 teams in the state that they could use the club passes to make each team stronger very easily if they want to. Seems like they are getting stronger not the other way around.
Sounds like wishful thinking on your end.
