Made perfect sense to me too and right on point. Ecnl is not anymore expensive then clubs that travel to games and touraments.

People who want to blame "daddy coaches" for their kids not getting playing time should refocus their efforts on making their kids a better player and stop blaming the problem of "daddy coaches".. good soccer players grow up and have kids ...They aren't out there doing this as a full time job.. so if they want to do something the enjoy and give back to the soccer community it has to be at the cost of NOT spending time with their own kids... yes makes total sense.. ( DUMB ) If it's wasn't the daddy's kid taking your kid's playing time. it would be the neighbors nephew.. and then the mailman's second cousin... excuses excuses.... What about the ass kissing parents who go out partying with the coach.. or the bi*ching parents who are continually having meeting with the coaches to get little suzy more playing time... or the mommy managers.... they all are out there getting playing time for their kids over others.. .no difference...

There is a difference. When you have a club that continually gives preferential playing time to girls just because daddy coaches there while other, far more talented players are sitting on the bench, there's an issue. It's a systemic problem there and it is really obvious if you watch them play.

The coaches kid may not be the best kid on the field... but I would assume to say they are pretty much equal to a lot of the kids.l who are ALL getting playing time... to try and point out one kid because they are the coaches kid is ridiculous.. what's the difference between that and those parents are are kissing ***** getting their kid more playing time when the don't deserve it.. there's no difference. All kids on the team should play.... we should be about development..There's a lot of kids out there getting more playing time then they deserve.. for whatever reason....

Daddy coach issue is not about playing time. It’s about coach putting own kids development first at the detriment of the development of other kids. Often coaches kid may not even deserve to be on the team. There are effective daddy coaches out there but they are rare.

Give me a break.. one 12 year old little girl is going to derail an entire developmental process for your 5th grader from committing to Duke ?? ( the sarcasm mirrors the ridiculousness of your comment if you didn't catch that !! ) ... I can hardly believe entire training sessions are built around one little player who doesn't even belong on the team... Maybe if you're kids not developing maybe they should work a little harder or take up another sport they would be better at ... Coaching announcements are made well ahead of time.. families know what they are signing up for... good thing it's a free country for you to go where you want !! It's amazing still that they the numbers that they do... what a ridiculous excuse you people come up with that you're little darling isn't getting better at soccer.. sad really...

FKK is better at marketing, but outside of that the club sucks. People are starting to see the club for what it is, all glitter but no substance, which in soccer world means poor coaching, little development, and lots of disappointment.

Your kid can't cut it .. blame the daddy coach.. guess what.. daddy coach has a full roster of kids... clubs obviously happy to have them ... this is little girl soccer.. if you want to compare them to the rest of the psycho parent's involvement out there.. I bet the'll do just fine ! Obviously they are fine with the criticism.. the club is fine with the criticism.. the other families who signed up to play for them are fine with the criticism.... well gee.. actually guess those kids are going to be well ahead of the rest of everyone.. with parents that teach them to not give a crap what everyone else thinks.. what ever "criticism" they will get from following their dreams... to just believe in themselves .. :)
