TB could have had ECNL years ago but failed to move on it. They could have moved on ECNL after BU moved to GDA but failed to take action. TB can get ECNL now without Prime, but they need the right people to get it done. If TB were for get ECNL Prime would be done.

TB could not draw players to compete in ECNL. TB knows what it is, a team that is mid-tier in local leagues. So TB understood it was not a fit for ECNL.
