He’s a great coach. He needs to have the ability to pick his own team. That would be the “game-changer” for 06.

You’re kidding right? His record suggests he’s average at best. What do you mean by picking his own team? Where are the players coming from? His teams are stuck in a rut all of them and none finished above mid table. If he was a “ great coach” he would have done a better job. Keep fooling yourselves, typical mediocre FESA crap.

FESA parents don’t know what a good coach is, they are just desperate for someone to actually stick around who their kids like. It must be a real pain in the azz dealing with Bubb every day. Your kids have been screwed by the club with awful training up until U12. DB isn’t a miracle worker, having to incorrect bad habits formed from the kickball 9v9 field days isn’t fun. Bubb needs to completely revamp the youth program to give the older coaches better players to work with.

If anyone knows about scams and not getting what you pay for....It's a real estate broker. This guy could care less if you are in debt to pay the $30K commission on a 500K house.

Save 30K by doing the paperwork yourselves people. Houses are selling themselves right now.

Agreed. But don't do the papers yourself or you can mess everything up big time. Pay a few bucks to a lawyer to prepare some forms and save money. And have a title company close it. There is ZERO need for a real estate agent in most markets right now. All they do is go to Zillow for the zestimate anyway.

Going into u13 there were the most promotions, not based on politics or money. But when promotions are based on the games people play, it only hurts the team.

Duh. U13 is the age when the move to full fields and full roster. Of those few promotions, only 1 player (CB) is worth a darn. Another athletic girl flamed out right away. Every other promotion then and few since has been some random tryhard with aggressive parents that does not help the team win. To the contrary.

Too late for that. What picks are going to make a difference at this point? Swap bubble players for bubble players? That made since 2-3 years ago when there was a chance to develop other players with more potential.

Truth. Chasing money, favored cabal of parents, and having a big koombaya = Losing coaches and losing teams. Both clubs are doing it little differently but same outcome. Fidiots getting paid a lot more money than they should to under-perform and under-deliver.
