We're leaving after 3 years. Enough is enough. My player decided it was better to go with another club in a different league that actually trains its players. Having a coach that shows up will be a huge plus. She will focus on individual college coaches and ID camps rather than keep going through the pain. GDA showcase was great, but not when you are on a team that no one decent watches. She feels that her soccer is actually getting worse as the season progresses. The roster is not consistent, lots of DP, and the coach moves everyone around in all positions. Not enough subs. No one can focus on development. Keep it out of the goal is the only game plan. A few college coaches noticed this as well. They told her it would be OK for a small school, but big university teams want players focused on their position. They do not need someone OK at multiple spots. They want a player excellent at A position. We tried it. Gave the club every opportunity to improve. Provided feedback and suggestions. Nothing. Time to move on. Adios.
