Right now they would play the following teams which include AU and the other two teams from GA. Full list below, plus I think IdeaSport of Orlando was added recently.

All FL MLS teams will play each other. 12 or so as of now. OCSC, Inter, Rush, TBU, etc.

I do not know what ECNL cost but for our MLS Elite U16 team it is $1500 for the year, we have not gotten any travel budget cost yet but I think that is not unusual considering what is going on and travel is going to be very limited to in state only for the fall.
