This whole thread is nonsense because every jab being taken at EM can also be taken at every single club on the island, no exceptions. Especially the ones that have success. If we started a SUSA thread with this question, it would be the same, Albertson, the same, Northport, you get the point. So why not post useful things instead of this garbage?

Third year at EMSC. Know RM pretty well. He is definitely arrogant but he is also a very good coach and have to say has a great curriculum for his coaches. He is not concerned at all with winning at younger ages. I have seen this first hand with our team and other teams as well. Could have won more at the expense of development. Have to give him credit there as winning brings in more players these days. We came from another fairly big club and honestly there really is no comparison as far as club training goes. EMSC is clearly superior. RM I think has an A USSF license as well as an A UEFA license. No easy task. Again, arrogant? Yes, but also very good.
