You are panicking as Fesa and Clay are destroying you. Luis T is taking your girls program apart. Your 02s are the only team left, next season they will be gone. Your Fleet, lol, is sinking faster than everyone expected. Your club is a shambles and the wonderful part of this is you and your other board members don’t want to see it. Or you can’t see it. Either way stupid is what stupid does. We all are laughing at you.

Bolo is already surrounding himself with highly qualified and connected younger coaches who will do most of the work. Leadership is being developed and the future very bright at Armada. He knows more about developing elite players to collegiate level than anyone at FESA and has very deep connections to college soccer than anyone around including Bubb could ever dream of. So just keep harping on his age because they just means his experience, wisdom, and qualifications are on a national scale that Bubb and FESA could only dream of. And the jealousy and envy shows when all you can do is point out his age, which is actually a huge asset. Cheers losers.

5yrs ago. Look at where JFC was at. Look at Creeks/JYSC 5 yrs ago.
Fast forward 5yrs.
Armada has gone backwards and continues to do so at an alarming rate. Look at what Fesa has done. Huge strides Huge progress. One club going under and imploding (Armada). Fesa flying, the future is Volt. Look at the facts you cannot smoke and mirror the facts. 3yrs Armada will be a Fully blown Rec feeder club.

LOL. All FESA has accomplished is getting bigger by merging and substantially overpaying its leadership for lack of results. For the size FESA is now, their top teams are losing and the club can't win any trophies outside of the North/Central Florida corridor. Your leadership sucks. Your rank and file coaches suck. And the results speak for themselves. But you keep winning in the baby fields and Commissioner Cups C league. You should be proud. FACTS.

Come on Nugget. Just do a little research before you open your shlt talking pie-hole! He’s been an assistant head coach at both JU and UNF, and DA Director at Armada for the past few years. Armada has received the full compliment of DA age groups, and he currently coaches the 04 DA team that is near the top of the Southeast table. He’s also constantly working on his own development, and has an A license. I’d say he’s doing just fine, and would be FESA’s best boys coach by a mile.

This has much truth is FESA's progress however Creeks and Jacksonville Youth Soccer Club each had over twenty year old infrastructures and success before merging. Then the suburban housing market exploded to the south of Jacksonville. Then the acquisition of Palm Coast and Port Orange spread the Volt further south. FESA will continue to have the forward momentum because of its merges and locations. Lately, I have been surprised to see so many former Armada players now playing at FESA. They may not have made a team at Armada and FESA offered them a high level team to continue playing on. The Florida Elite Soccer Academy is HOT and here to stay. FESA SPURS the FUTURE of North Florida soccer.

Armada FC, Florida Elite FC, and Clay are here to stay. They are the three clubs that survived through the mergers, have large recreation numbers and offer higher leagues. Not sure what all the nit picking is back and forth if not to trying to justify having such highly paid executive directors. Not sure why the TS rivalry unless the directors and coaches like to hear themselves talk. None of the three clubs will gain many of the other clubs elite players at tryouts. FESA has 3,000 recreation players. Unless there are ethical type issues with budgets or leadership decisions, the clubs will continue on as they are.

Also, the new guy EB, nobody outside of the boys top teams has seen this guy. I and other coaches haven’t formerly met him 1 on 1. Same promises to the coaching staff same lies same old BS. Armada just cares about boys DA and that program sucks. Watch the fallout. It’s already happening.

I agree and for the most part the players and parents take pride in their clubs. The clubs offer something for every level of player. In the past, players would have to leave clubs to be able to play in a higher league. It is also okay if a few players hop to another club for whatever reason like needing a better coach or team fit, didn't make a team and can play on a higher level team at another club for exposure, need to find an older recreation team with enough players, etc.

I am reaching out to remind all of you to wear your coaches shirts at all times while coaching your teams during games or practices. We preach to the parents that they must stay off the fields during the practices to ensure we can effectively monitor who should and should not be on the field. It makes our jobs easier monitoring that as well as reassuring the parents that you are a coach and you belong on the field. We had an incident recently where a coach was removed by a club official because they did not have a coaches shirt on. Our staff cannot easily access your information to see that you are in fact cleared through the system. We have tried ID badges in the past but that was extremely difficult to coordinate with over 200 coaches so the shirts act as an ID. If you are not wearing your Orange Coaches Shirt from now on you may be removed from the field. Please help us to ensure we provide a safe environment for all of our players. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

No coach can be issued an orange shirt unless they have cleared the backgroud check but parents do not know this. The ID badge lanyard seemed more official along with the shirt.
