    Here's a question about DA.
Are the clubs developing players or teams?
I know in theory if the players are all good the team should be good.
I'm just trying to figure out the motives for DA a it player or team development?
I thought the goal was to produce better players not teams for the national team? Obviously the whole team is not going to make the national team so if you can develop atleast one great player wouldn't that be a success not so much the wins and losses?

The team misses the 3 waiver Girls. As simple as that. The players he brought in were better than the ones let go or on the bench.
She will be missed this upcoming season. I very much enjoyed watching this special player.

Agree about the keeper. Definitely not about the players he brought in. They aren’t worth it. Team can’t win a game. At least last year they were winning.

Unfortunately a very talented that is playing essentially in the thrid best league. So the teams they play aren't that good.

They'll move up next year and be very competitive.

let me capitalize for emphasis: THERE IS NOWHERE FOR THEM TO GO (as a team). Breakers do not have a middle option between DA and NPL.

That might be true for Stars NPL but Breakers NPL is the second tier team.

sigh, you are missing the point. They may be the second tier team, but they are playing in a watered down league.

The 03 BBA NPL team should be playing in the New England NPL league. It's arguably the best or Clubs without ECNL/DA tags... league for smaller clubs to put their first teams IE: SSS, Aztec, GPS etc. I believe Oakwood will be a gimme game for the 03's other then that it should be compettitive for the most part.

I would rather travel here vs the North East Region for a 7-1 game in NY.

They are all playing in a watered down league, IMO. You could arguably pull the top five players from DA, ECNL, NPL to create the "best". The dilution is killing the "progress" DA aims to make.

All Breakers NPL teams do play in New England NPL, and are the club’s second team. And other than a few NEP Premiership teams that get moved up into a crossover bracket, they play all the 1st teams of clubs without DA/ECNL (SSS, GPS, Aztec, Bayside, Yankee, etc). Yes all of these leagues do water things down, but the New England NPL is a pretty strong league option for a “second team” to be playing in, and definitely stronger than the Northeast NPL.

Win all your state cup and league games, regardless of initials, and you will be in the best brackets at the best tournaments, it does not matter if you are the first or second team at your club.

There are many clubs with first teams that are god awful and they call themselves NPL.

The New England NPL, less Aztec, is a stronger league then Northeast

You outplay the opposition with nothing to show for it. However you manage to score on yourself and turn over the ball over outside the penalty box for another gimme.

There is this thing on TV called professional soccer where you can watch & see the Defense support each other. Midfield serve a ball that’s considered reasonably playable, and lastly the Offense which may actually consider passing the ball for the greater good of the team not their own da stats (which are in the rubbish for ya anyhow) The fork is coming out of the cubby and the fat lady is gargling.

Love to know what stars did to lose w/Oakwood after stars loaded the roster for yesterday’s game.
