Parental negligence lawsuits filed already against the NUton nutcases. He may be taken by DSS
If anyone knows the family referred to here they should contact them about suing Talking Soccer for defamation.

Lol good luck with that. There's been far worse said on this site about them, or kids getting slammed or adults accused of criminal activity. Nothing ever happens

That's interesting- the FIFA rules to play on a team, say in Spain, require the parents to move to Spain. But anyone can go and train for 90 days in Spain.

I think its great that Seacoast allowed a 90 day training stint, as long as it was OK'd by US Soccer since the game cards show he was an active member of the U15 Seacoast United team. In this case, it should be easier for more kids to do this and highly encouraged. I don't know why he is pictured on this team, but I would hope it is all kosher so as to no ruin it for others, who want to do this too!

Yes, Seacoast is smart to allow players to train overseas. More and more top players will be wanting to do this. With the Revs handing out suspensions to kids attempting to improve by getting superior training outside the organization, players may turn to Seacoast (or Bolts, if they allow it) for this flexibility. I guess that's one advantage for the non-MLS teams. Since they have no professional teams, they don't have to feel threatened when players seek outside training and their teams benefit when these players return improved.

And yet the 17's got stomped. Hmmm....

Just don't complain next year when you are saying to yourself, "this team looked so good last year. What happened?"

Revs happened. That's will be your answer.

Didn't even roster the 2 best players on the team and they still beat up on them.

Not on that team, but that's a clear hint regarding relevance.

Here are the lurking predators choosing to live regally outside the USA while schooling you on your choices.

You should seriously question why they are stalking you and your sons.

Who didn't roster the 2 best players? Revs? Playing up?

Even the MLS teams should embrace opportunities for players when they are appropriate. Worst case they come back 3 months later the same, best case much better. That's good for the player (ahem, it is the DEVELOPMENT Academy) and for the team. Long term it might even make that player a better home grown for the MLS club. It's absurdly short sighted to deny players the opportunities.

Ramos was right that theres' too much arrogance in US soccer - we should embrace all opportunities to learn and not just in the US. No one gets it right 100% of the time and even the top international clubs are always looking to learn.

                              FACT: shameless promotion.

The kid has missed his first 2 months of school, friends and cohorts and is in shambles. Good for luring unsuspecting victims but wasn't good for him.
