For the 2003 team, they didn't qualify for Champions League or NA Cup last year. So no opportunity to play in front of tons of coaches at that year end tournament. Individually they may be good enough to be recruited, but the opportunities shrink when the team isn't doing great.
You can bet not many college eyeballs will be on the bottom tier games. Sorry.
Good use of time and $$$ right?

Wash, rinse, repeat!

So U18s (2002 birth year) CFC are really good, U17s (2003s) CFC are mediocre at best, U16s (2004s) are really good. I'll say the jury is out on the U15s (2005s) CFC but it looks like it's more mediocre than really good. Who can say with the 2006s, but to just say it's inevitable they'll end up really good is wishful thinking. I mean, FSA beat them 2-0 so ....
Every team in their birth year is best the state. You can call the teams really good or mediocre all you want, but they are the best in the state for their ages. The 02’’ and 04’s competed well with the best in the country.
