Just in case it isn’t widely know, Choate lost to Loomis on an own goal. If they played 5 more times, Loomis would lose 5 times.

Or they’d have 5 more own goals and the outcome is the same but highly doubtful.
But to say they’d lose 5 times is ludicrous. Even without the own goal, well that would be called a tie. Just saying!

Totally agree but why are not they bringing in new talent? Must not be a priority. They are close to some strong club soccer.

Oakwood has been their pipeline for years. OW gave waivers to the kids who had already been playing for Loomis once DA started. Now there are no waiver exceptions. FSA kids typically live in Farmington Valley or west of there and Porters has nurtured that pipeline. When my daughter played there almost all the starting soccer players were OW kids who were day students. Almost all got some kind of financial aid.
