That’s the beauty of TS you can say a club sucks, kids suck, facilities suck and coaches and without signing your name. We say something about your club which is made up and you just make up something about our club. In the end, we are all just a bunch of stupid soccer parents

Who says the current year isn't great?
What does "great" actually mean in this specific context?

Winning and developing are mutually exclusive, as discussed on this board numerous times. FSA's deliberate strategy is to go out and lose, so development happens. It's brilliant. Plus, unlike OW who leave their bench on the bench even at showcases, and CFC who will use the bench only at showcases, FSA actually plays its entire 30-player roster. So, this year is certainly a good year. And, watch, because next year will be great. You'll see.

Face it, winning at the younger ages is for the parents and club and not best for the kids development. But if the kid just wants to win and not really interested in developing than that is ok too.
Just know if you are in a club like FSA your kid is there to help the club win and their experience there will be in regards to what they can do to help the club. At other clubs where developing players is more important the club is there to see what they can do for your kid.
