Courtney is now an assistant coach of the Men's team at CUNY York College. Good for him.
And like the other poster said, there was no good reason for LIPS/Sachem to replace him because they don't have a lot of teams left to manage.

You have Lake Grove, Ronkonkoma, Connetquot, Longwood, Pat-Med, Terryville, VOB, Smithtown, Hauppauge, KK, etc all within spitting distance.

Hiring LIPS or anyone else to be high priced nanny's for mid and low level town teams is a sure way to piss off most of the coaches and parents as they see little or no return for their money.
