The kid is a minor the District Attorneys office will bring chargers up a child does not have the right not to press charges when it involves a minor . This is not an Isolated event . Also this happens internationally another crime the child was not on US soil . This is a federal crime even more issues to follow . One more nite Columbia authorities have some jurisdictions now not to report a crime in the country it happened the coaches may now be held or sent back to Colombia to face charges of obstruction. It’s a big deal people this is not going away this club this year will be watched very closely also and club that the powers to be went will be facing this drama investigator will be coming into clubs asking questions talking to players that may have been there it’s a circus. The family will be forced to press charges because it will happen anyways. You can run but you cannot hide . This is a child on your team parents you are not going to sit back and allow this every f-ing parent for the good of children should stand as one and help this investigation and send a string message. Dear soccer organization you might feel you own our kids and dictate who plays who does not and tell our parents not to coach our kids. We get that but you get this this is our family and we pay to come here we expect you to protect our kids from soccer related hazing and crimes against our children if your not going to allow us to protect our kids while under your supervision. They have created this environment and have not protected our children properly this is not the only time this happened.

I have a feeling the DA's office will contact that attorney today. He's just getting started on the news blast.

A criminal case regarding the assault would be in Colombia where it occurred. I can't blame the family for not wanting to put him through that. A civil case is different. Sounds like there were unwilling witnesses and a timeline of events regarding what the club did and didn't do.

The DA's office still can't ignore this story and they will have to investigate. And there could even be extradition requests back to Colombia.

They will have no choice but to open an investigation.

If they don't want to come across as hypocrites, and possibly law violators themselves, they better start caring. According to USSF guidelines failure to report can result in loss of the DA badge, as it should.

The Weston "incident" is a made up hoax

Nothing ever happened. This is nothing but a ploy that was dreamed up by rival clubs in an attempt to harm Weston's reputation. It's FAKE NEWS. There will be a ton of libel and slander lawsuits filed over this nonsense.

As I posted on another thread - do you really think a rival club talked a 14 year old kid and his family to make up a story about sexual abuse? Do you really think anyone would believe you, an anonymous poster with an obvious agenda?

Never reported to the police or proper authority. Parents were informed until the children arrived back home and had to suffer the whole time. No medical attention ever provided! The COACH knew all long. I guess it's true what they say about Weston it's winning at all cost even if you are hiding criminal activity.

If it was reported to the Columbian police, those little *****s would of been thrown in a Columbian prison and been violated just like the younger boy was. The coaches knew this and that is why they did not report this.
